                         Net Asset Value at 4 June 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its Net 
Asset Value ("NAV") as at 4 June 2010 was US$163.97 million (31 May 2010: 
US$170.54 million). 
As at 4 June 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue 
(the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share 
of US$2.477 as at that date (31 May 2010: US$2.577).
