                      Net Asset Value at 30 November 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its 
unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 30 November 2010 was US$127.98 million 
(19 November 2010: US$134.24 million). 
As at 30 November 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in 
issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary 
Share of US$1.934 as at that date (19 November 2010: US$2.028).
