Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces its acquisition of the 
entire issued share capital of Harbray (Plant Hire) Limited, a pipeline pressure 
testing rental business based in Aylesford, Kent for a cash consideration of 
 GBP0.9 million.  At completion Harbray had  GBP0.3 million of free cash. 
 
The acquisition will be integrated into Vp's Groundforce division and 
complements their existing activities. 
 
Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman of Vp, said: 
 
"The acquisition of Harbray further enhances our pipeline pressure testing 
offering within Groundforce and brings with it a wealth of expertise, which will 
benefit our combined customer base".
