MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 31, 2011) - Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VV)(AIM:VVS) today 
announced a strategic alliance with GuestAssist to provide an integrated text messaging and incident tracking 
version of SyncSeer's(TM) Venue Management solution. 
 
GuestAssist - the industry leader in real-time, two-way, enterprise-to-customer communications - is partnering 
with Versatile on a new venue management service that will make it easier for organizations in the stadium, arena, 
public facility and hospitality markets to communicate with event-goers during security/safety emergencies. 
GuestAssist is currently used by teams and venues in every major sporting league in North America, including the 
NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, NHL, NCAA and CFL.
