PDMR Dealings and Total
Voting Rights
Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the
specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and
Technic brands, announces the following PDMR dealings which
occurred on 30 May 2024:

Neil Rodol, Chief Financial Officer, exercised
250,000 options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of
the Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of 122 pence. Mr
Rodol then sold the resultant 250,000 Shares from the exercise of
options at a price of 485 pence per Share.

Matthew Goldstein, Managing Director of Retra,
exercised 40,000 options over Shares at an exercise price of 122
pence. Mr Goldstein then sold the resultant 40,000 Shares
from the exercise of options on the same day at a price of 485
pence per Share.
The above options were granted to Mr
Rodol and Mr Goldstein on 24 May 2021 pursuant to the Company's
Share Option Plan and the resultant Shares are covered by the
Company's Blocklisting which was announced by the Company on 3
October 2023.
The Company does not hold any
Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of
voting rights in the Company is 77,632,723 and this figure may be
used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.

Warpaint London plc
Warpaint sells branded cosmetics under the lead
brand names of W7 and Technic. W7 is sold in the UK primarily to
major retailers and internationally to local distributors or retail
chains. The Technic brand is sold in the UK and continental Europe
with a significant focus on the gifting market, principally for
high street retailers and supermarkets. In addition, Warpaint
supplies cosmetics under its other brand names of Man'stuff, Body
Collection and Chit Chat, each targeting a different
demographic.
