             Chris Barber stepping down as a main board director.

After 12 years as a Director Chris Barber is standing down with immediate
effect from the Board by mutual agreement, but your Board is very pleased that
he will be continuing with Wellington in a consultancy role as part of his
desire to develop a consultancy business with a range of clients.

As Chief Executive and along with my non Executives we wish Chris all the very
best and thank him for his endeavours over the past decade.
