            Appointment of new Chief Executive and Finance Director

The Wigmore Group PLC, contractors to the hotel and leisure industries announce
today the appointment of Andrew Martin Latham, aged 42, as Chief Executive. He
has most recently served as interim Managing Director of Speymill Contracts
Limited during the start of the reconstruction of the group.

Andrew has spent his entire career in the hotel and leisure sector. He was
appointed as CEO of SFI Group in April 2002 and led the phased programme of
stabilisation and recovery of the business until leaving in late 2003. He brings
extensive experience and knowledge of the hotel and leisure sector having been
involved for much of his career in premises development and refurbishment.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Albert Lees
FCA, aged 53, as Finance Director. Keith is a Chartered Accountant with over 25
years experience in public and private companies in both central and operating
company roles, including considerable involvement in contracting businesses. He
has been serving as the Company's interim Group Finance Director since February
2005.

Both appointments take immediate effect.

Chairman Paul Doona said: "These appointments complete the root and branch
management restructuring that has been required to put the Company on to a sure
footing. We now have a board of immense experience including four recently
appointed non executive directors."
