                     THE WIGMORE GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")

                    EXERCISE OF WARRANTS AND ISSUE OF EQUITY



The Company announces that Burnbrae has exercised warrants in respect of
54,545,455 Ordinary Shares exerciseable at 0.11p per Ordinary Share and further
subscribed #150,000 for 125,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at 0.12p per share.
Burnbrae has agreed to immediately transfer the 125,000,000 Ordinary Shares to a
third party investor at the same price. Following the transfer of these shares,
Burnbrae's holding in the issued share capital of the Company will be 48.4%.
