announce that it has been notified that the Company's CEO, CFO, and
the Company Secretary, have purchased, in aggregate, 2,136,917
shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'):

also a director of the company, and 20 per cent. by Joanna Fowler,
who is a connected party.
