Director shareholding

The Company was informed today that on 30 April 2007 Harvey Shulman, managing
director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company at a price of 88p per share.

Following the above transaction, Harvey Shulman is interested in a total of
2,281,981 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 58.5% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
