Additional Listing and share consolidation
XCounter AB (AIM: XCT) ("XCounter" or the "Company"), a
technology leader in the development and supply of specialty X-ray
detectors, announces that following its general meeting held on 17
October 2011, where it was proposed and approved that the Company
should undertake a 50:1 share consolidation, the issuance of an
additional 12 Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") is
required to bring the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to
195,483,500.
Application has been made to AIM, a market of the London Stock
Exchange plc, for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares. It is
expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing issued share capital
of the Company, will commence on 1 November 2011.
The timetable for the proposed share consolidation is set out
below:
