ZincOx Resources plc (AIM: ZOX) the developer of Asia's largest zinc recycling project, announces that, following the release of the Company's Final Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2013 on 3 June 2014, the full Annual Report is available to view on the website at www.zincox.com.

In accordance with Aim Rule 20, copies of the Proxy Card and Annual Report and Accounts which contains the Notice of AGM for the 2014 Annual General Meeting, were mailed to shareholders today, 5 June 2014. It should be noted that online voting will be available from 6 June 2014.
