Directors' Notification in accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.11
The Company announces that James Welsh will replace Stephen
Daintith on its board as one of the Non-Executive Directors
nominated by DMGT pursuant to its relationship agreement entered
into at the time of the Company's initial public offering. The
appointment and replacement shall take effect from 1 January
2017.
There are no further details in relation to this new director
which require disclosure pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the
Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
