to offer improved benefits and support to partners that represent
XO's data, Internet and voice services. XO made the announcement
today and officially launched the new XO Communications Business
Partner Channel at the Spring 2006 Channel Partners Conference
& Expo in Las Vegas. The new XO Communications Business Partner
Channel program offers installation guarantees, a national XO
partner team, and a new commission structure as well as new
marketing and sales tools that will provide increased benefits and
support to partners as their sales of XO products and services
increase. The new program consists of partner tiers that will match
levels of benefits and support to the amount of revenue and actual
sales of XO products and services. "This is a new deal for our
partners that are focused on developing a strong relationship with
XO," said Jim Delis, president of the XO Business Partner Channel.
"Our commitment is to make it easier and more rewarding to do
business with XO. We are offering more support and tools as well as
increased incentives and rewards, which make this new program a

XO has redesigned its benefits and commission programs. The new
commission plan is based on pay-for-performance, offering partners
a combination of commissions paid on installation, monthly revenue
and the potential for an annual performance bonus based on total
annual sales. With each tier, XO is also providing increased levels
of support. To demonstrate XO's commitment to its partners, XO is
offering new service delivery commitments, enhanced sales support
and tools with the program. XO will offer partners guarantees on
service installation dates of qualified orders. If XO fails to meet
these guarantees, it will provide credits to its partners. XO has
also established a national team dedicated to helping partners in

continue to have access to Channelink, XO's online partner
