SHE-RA(R) TO DEBUT IN US CINEMAS

Entertainment Rights Plc ("ER"), one of the UK's leading independent media
groups specialising in the ownership of children's and family programming,
characters and brands announces today an agreement with Kidtoon Films which will
see global brand She-Ra, Princess of Power(R) appear in US movie theatres, in
the feature length animated movie She-Ra, Princess of Power(R), 'The Secret of
the Sword'.

Kidtoon Films is a leading US children's film distributor and She-Ra(R)'s 'The
Secret of the Sword' will be screened throughout the US during May 2006 targeted
at weekend children's matinee slots. The screenings will be supported by a
comprehensive marketing campaign in 25 cities throughout the country including
New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington DC.

Today's announcement follows the appointment of BCI Navarre as ER's DVD
distributor for She-Ra(R) in the US. BCI will release the first ever She-Ra(R)
DVD into the US market in Summer 2006. BCI also successfully distributes ER's
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe(R) on DVD in the US. In excess of 410,000
DVD units have been sold since the first He-Man(R) DVD was released in July
2005.

Additionally, She-Ra(R) will be the first ER brand to be adapted as short form
programming and the repurposing of existing content is currently in production
as part of an initial package of 200 shorts. This follows ER's recent
announcement that, in response to the increased demand for shorter segments of
programming suitable for digital devices, mobiles and downloads, it has
commissioned Magic Lantern to adapt existing programming and create new content
for the rapidly growing digital media market.

Mike Heap, CEO, Entertainment Rights commented:

"Today's announcement represents the first phase of the repositioning of the
She-Ra brand. The huge level of awareness that will be generated across cinema
and DVD releases as well as the introduction of digital short form programming
will enable ER to develop further opportunities across music, live events and
consumer products for the She-Ra brand."
