Dolphin Files to Change Name to INNOCOM (Preliminary Schedule 14C)

Productions, Inc. (OTC:DPNP) (BULLETIN BOARD: DPNP) a Nevada
Corporation, announced today that it has begun the process of
effecting a change in the name of the Company to INNOCOM Technology
Holdings, Inc. to reflect the change of business operations. The
filing of their Preliminary 14C with the Securities and Exchange
Commission starts this process. The filing states that it has
amended the Articles of Incorporation of Dolphin Productions to
change the name of the Company as a follow up action to the recent
announcement from the Company of its acquisition of INNOCOM
Technologies. The Company is headquartered in Hong Kong. As
disclosed in its 8-K filing on April 4, 2006, INNOCOM's 2005
audited financial statement showed the Company had net sales of
$22,420,102, earning a gross profit of $5,114,959, and net income
