NEW YORK, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Transforma Acquisition Group
Inc. under the ticker symbol TAQ.U. The offer size is 12.5M units
at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $100M. One unit equals one
share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be
the only security trading. Located in New York, Transforma
Acquisition Group Inc. is a company recently formed for the purpose
of acquiring one or more assets or control of one or more operating
businesses in the technology, media or telecommunications
