VANCOUVER, May 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Clean Energy
Combustions Systems Inc., announced today that Mr. Douglas Wilson
has tendered his resignation as company CEO, president and
director, effective immediately. Mr. Wilson will be pursuing other
business and personal opportunities abroad. The Board of Directors
thanks Mr. Wilson for his contributions and extends best wishes in
all his future endeavours. The Board of Directors has temporarily
taken over direct management of the Company and is continuing to
pursue opportunities in China, most particularly its Landfill Gas
