More Than 30,000 Homes Remain In Danger From Southern California Fires - State of Emergency Declared in Los Angeles, San Barnardino, San Diego and Ventura Counties Free Disaster Recovery Guide Is Available to People Affected by Fires To Help Minimize Financial Loss and Expedite Financial Recovery LOS ANGELES, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- From the Mexican border to the suburbs north of Los Angeles, large sections of the region were under siege.
