Turkey posted a current-account surplus for the third month running in October, data from the Turkish central bank showed Monday.

The current account recorded a $3.16 billion surplus in October, compared with a $93 million deficit for the same month of 2020, the central bank said.

The October figure brought the 12-month rolling deficit to $15.425 billion, it said.

The current-account surplus for September was revised to $1.67 billion from $1.65 billion previously.
