excellence. The agency welcomes three distinguished industry
leaders to its SLT, including:
- Sameer Rikhi takes on the
role of Vice President of Technology, tasked with leading BIMM's
technological initiatives across application development and
marketing technology. Rikhi, with over two decades of experience at
notable companies such as Loblaw and Cisco, brings a deep
understanding of technology's role in advancing personalization via
BIMM's rapid experience development methodology.
- Frank Cristiano is appointed Vice President of
Client Success & Global Growth. Cristiano, with a career
spanning 20 years in client service at leading agencies, including
Havas CX, Publicis Sapient and ICF Next, will spearhead client
service and business development, focusing on delivering measurable
value to both new and existing partnerships.
- Brent Knightley steps into the role of Vice
President of Operations, where he will lead delivery efforts with a
focus on operational excellence. Knightley's extensive background
in loyalty, including leadership positions at Scene+ and AIR MILES,
equips him with the insights to enhance BIMM's service delivery
through the lens of helping clients build brand affinity.
Rikhi, Cristiano and Knightley join key team members that have
carried BIMM through significant growth over the last three years,
including:
- Kabir Grewal who has
led the Strategy and Data practice at BIMM for five years, and in
his role as Vice President Planning and Analytics, Grewal and his
team continue to shape the future of our clients' unified customer
experience strategies.
- Harjot Bal who was
appointed Vice President, Experience Design in January 2023 and has helped BIMM modernize its
design practice by bringing extensive experience from previous
senior roles at Appnovation and Rangle.io. Harjot's team is
responsible for all things experience, including content
operations, design research and user experience design.
- Donna Leslie who has been BIMM's Director of People
for nearly three years and has been instrumental in maintaining the
unique culture that has made BIMM a sought-after place to work for
nearly four decades, and more importantly as the organization has
grown significantly over the past three years.
- Kimberly Ng who has led the Finance team at
BIMM for over nine years, and in her role as Director of Finance,
Ng and her team have brought a unique perspective that has helped
contribute to the financial success of BIMM and has been an
instrumental part of the team's financial health and
growth.
This senior leadership team will be chaired by Meghan Chin, Senior Vice President, and
Roehl Sanchez, Chief Creative
Officer, who will set the aggressive direction of this new SLT to
ensure that BIMM is appropriately positioned and provided the
resources for its next growth chapter.
