PITTSBURGH, May 15, 2024
/PRNewswire/ -- "I thought there should be a way to support a
box or other heavy item on the body while carrying it," said an
inventor, from Webster, N.Y., "so
I invented THE POCKET DOLLY. My design reduces strain on the arms,
and it eliminates the struggle of carrying a box or other heavy
item directly."
The patent-pending invention provides improved support for
carrying moderately-heavy items. In doing so, it would handle the
weight while the arms contain the box or equipment being carried.
As a result, it increases safety and convenience, and it reduces
stress and strain on the body. The invention features an ergonomic
design that is easy to use so it is ideal for workers who regularly
carry parcels and similar items, delivery drivers, utility workers,
movers, etc. Additionally, a prototype is available.
The original design was submitted to the Manhattan sales office of InventHelp. It is
currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or
marketers. For more information, write Dept. 22-MBQ-415,
