PITTSBURGH, July 2, 2024
/PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted to create an effective interfacing
cap device between the multiple feed tubes of hoppers in a train
car, and the inserted suctioning wand/probe for the loading and
unloading delivery of plastic resin," said an inventor, from
Vevay, Ind., "so I invented the
RESIN CAP. My design would seal the interface area, eliminating any
potential for the granulated resin to escape and spill onto ground
surfaces."
The patent-pending invention provides a cap-like device to
prevent the spilling of granulated plastic resin beads delivered at
a railroad location in relation to a manufacturing facility. In
doing so, it reduces the risk of contaminating ground-based storm
water drains. As a result, it increases environmental safety and
efficiency. The invention features an ergonomic design that is easy
to attach and remove so it is ideal for all plastics manufacturing
businesses, factories, and industrial workers involved in the
loading and unloading of granulated plastic resin beads into
awaiting holding tanks for use in manufacturing production.
Additionally, a prototype model is available upon request.
The original design was submitted to the Cincinnati sales office of InventHelp. It is
currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or
