TORONTO, July 11, 2024 /CNW/ - The previously scheduled day of July 12, 2024 will not be used for the merits hearing in the above-named matter. The merits hearing will continue on July 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. on each day.
