Downtown Orlando Campus focuses
on relieving the healthcare labor workforce shortage with nearly
3,000 students enrolled.

collaboration with Orange Technical College (OTC) and architectural
firm Harvard Jolly, Gilbane Building Company celebrated the ribbon
cutting of the comprehensive renovation project within OTC's main
campus in the heart of Creative Village. This 135,000-SF,
five-story facility, which had not seen such extensive renovation
since its opening in 1981, underwent a complete re-roofing and
significant building envelope enhancements. The project included
extensive interior renovations and demolition to create new
spaces.

The newly renovated facility features state-of-the-art
technology-equipped labs and specialized training rooms in
healthcare and patient care, offering programs such as practical
nursing technology, health unit coordinator/monitor technician,
dental assisting, patient care assistant, nursing assistant,
surgical technology, intensive care unit training space,
examination rooms, student services, a new campus store, conference
space, and administrative offices.
