Precision Coating recognizes exceptional leadership and results with promotions in Commercial Operations and Human Resources.

Precision Coating Company, LLC announced last week the promotion of Nilsa Marino to Vice President of Commercial Operations and Wendy Girroir to Vice President of Human Resources.

Marino joined Precision Coating in July 2017 and has played a crucial role in shifting the company’s focus toward a more customer-centric medical focus. In her position, she has effectively coordinated global customer accounts and negotiated master supply agreements with leading MedTech companies. Marino has also been instrumental in enhancing Precision Coating’s data-driven customer and business insights, including the creation of customer dashboards and Sales & Operations Planning reports. Her contributions have significantly improved the company’s ability to service customers, provide transparency, and deliver superior customer results.

Girroir started with Precision Coating in December 2015 and has been critical to the effective integration of multiple mergers and acquisitions, as well as the globalization of the organization. Under her leadership, the Human Resources department has grown to support the company’s expansion to five facilities and over 300 employees. Girroir has also played an important role in implementing a major organizational culture program based on the principles of Culture by Design by David Friedman, fostering a company culture of shared values including inclusivity, collaboration, and empathy. Most recently she launched a company-wide technical training program that enhances employee performance and customer satisfaction.
