BTIG announced today that Mike Moen has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Financial Sponsors Group in Investment Banking. Mr. Moen will work closely with existing banking and product teams to enhance BTIG’s large-cap financial sponsor coverage. Additionally, he will support the Aerospace & Defense banking team, with a particular focus on national security.

Mr. Moen brings more than 25 years of experience in M&A advisory, financial sponsors, and government advisory to the firm. His sector expertise includes defense and national security, critical infrastructure, and energy. Previously, he held various positions at Cantor Fitzgerald, Goldman Sachs, CIBC World Markets, and Citigroup. Mike was a former Canadian Foreign Service Officer advising the Canadian Government on critical infrastructure and national security.
