"Coaches usually love the sport they coach.
My goal is to help them love the players who play the game and to
help each player grow in character and integrity"
Madison has spent most of his life either playing or coaching
baseball, and he believes that a coach can be the biggest influence
in a young person's life. In this book, he encourages coaches to
embrace that role and galvanize those under their influence to be
great players, but also great parents, leaders, and citizens.
"Coaches usually love the sport they coach. My goal is to help
them love the players who play the game and to help each player
grow in character and integrity," said Madison.
