You could have sold at 6.6 when the deal was announced. What I have a huge problem with is how mgmt went from 280m revenue projection (at least as that other clown chined in) to going concern, all in 3 months. Investors were lied to and there should be consequences.

Interesting move on TIVC

Auctus could get the warrants at anytime they wanted to go DIRECTLY to the TRANSFER AGENT and exchange them. They took POSSESSION/ownership of the warrants held by the TA Oct 27 2021. Some can't understand plain English and what the filings say. OR just refuses to accept they are WRONG
