Great post/DD, I agree this has a chance to be a monster the more DD I do. That ask was cut in half near the close, will probably be gone in the AM with a ~1m bidder not getting filled. 

Looking forward to seeing how this plays out, I think this levels won't be around long.

Based on the deal as I read it, I don’t think we will see any dilution either. Brian needed to sell shares to survive, but now this group just wants to move assets into this and apparently move to NYSE. So we may see an incredible run here if that’s the case.
