Did I miss something? The deal between Sagaliam and Enzolytics was for the purchase of the two subsidiaries owned by Enzolytics. Sagaliam was not purchasing Enzolytics, Inc. If the deal had been legally completed SAGA would have owned VIRO and BGEN. SAGA would not have owned Enzolytics, Inc.

But look at expenses vs revenue. $43mm expenses Q2 vs ongoing revenue per quarter, in the medium term, of maybe $30mm
