DYNT delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC. The buggers ran the stock from .22 to .32 pre-market , then it dropped to .217 on the delisting news. 8.6 million volume. The hapless buyers at .32 are down ~35% in a day....not nice!!

It is at an all time low with imminent threat of delisting might be their last ditch effort to make some money off it. Doesn’t seem to have much short interest though I don’t have access to current numbers

DYNT; THANKS for that Forms-filing 'DD'!! (That insider purchase could very well explain the 64% jump in the Post-M Frid. And their FLOAT is quite small, but that can DESTROY a price just as quickly as sending it soaring.)

DYNT: Per their 6-28-24 PR, the NASDAQ will drop them to the OTC on 7-9-24, due to their incorrigibly-LOW-PRICE. (So then, WHY the 64% price SOARING in the Post-M yesterday?? Because their 'low-float' will work better in the OTC, than it did in the NASDAQ??? What kind of fluckin' CASINO is this insane beast called "Wall Street"???)

This has just been one of those summers where everything is ut of whack. "They" say, "the market knows". But I think we'll know once summer ends. Recession or not I think DYNT and many others will show some life starting in September.

Total net sales of $12.2 million and gross profit margin of 19.1% (GAAP results).

Continued product net sales of $9.8 million (non-GAAP financial measure).

Net income of $2.9 million compared to net loss of $2.3 million in the same quarter last year.

Cost of sales and SG&A collectively impacted by $1.0 million in optimization activity costs.

Other Income benefitted from the $3.5 million PPP loan forgiveness, $0.9 million Employee Retention Credit, and $0.8 million gain on sale of former Tennessee manufacturing facility.
