NextPlay put out an 8K, a new deck presentation…Guidance for this year is 87M and 10M in EBITDA…a far difference from 10K in travel revenue…. This merger is a new company completely… needless to say at 2.00 it’s cheap… bargain

Listen to the CC from last Wednesday the 21st. This will be more of a Tech company than a vacation co in terms of revenue and profit. These merger partners injected $$ millions into Monaker to go public themselves... they got stock but allowed for not have to wait on world travel to ramp up...Crypto happens tomorrow .

No feedback or opinions here. May be because of the language barrier now. However i suppose that the long haulers are still around?? I have been here for 9 years as of 2021. Our largest profits were in 2015 when we were still Next1 Interactive and around may-june we hit ike .39 was our high. I was up at that time over $500,000 but didnt try to cash out anything. Not sure of any of the members of that era are still around.

It appears that 5 on the board has gotten some what appears to be upcoming bonuses that can be cashed in on a year from now i believe in giving shares to the board and reducing available shares? is that the case feom the form 4 filings done on 4/16/2021?

Well, may be true but Monaker I dont think can go anywhere as far as BK or we are concerned considering our voices are just 25%. That is why Monaker is being investigated on theHotPlay acquisition giving them 75% Control. Volume was doing real good in the millions for awhile then after the $1400 stimulus for most, it has steading and rapidly decreased. Even when price was at .50 volume was hardly anything so there wasnt even much buying then. It got to aboutwhere we arenow when the volume was in the millions so i dontthink it can go much lower. Then again it could go to penny stock again and another reverse split for the 4th time we would be shit out of luck.

The day that the volume went over 9MILLION, and the PPS went to $4.99, whomever that bought that day is unloading. I thought perhaps that these were the Longroot Investors. Im not sure what is happening the last few days but it looks like the $hit hot the fan

What in the hell is going on with the down tick in last few days with some potential good news??? Ik ow we have 2 suits going on but MKGI is full steam ahead. Apparently the $2.50 buyers which is in the millions, must be short selling. Is this the casein anyone opinion?

I have known him directly for 9 years. I am still with hos agenda and wherever he has always taken us. Some may say that is bad, some neutral and some good.

My biggest loss was when we had the 5 to 1 reverse split not counting the 2 prior to that but the last one was really bad. Im down bit still in the game. I hope we continue to grow and be able to do some split going forward such as a 2 or 3 to 1 split. I think we are undervalued now but of we had that 9 million volume on a daily basis wouldn’t that help. I wonder what group done the buying during that week? Who is shorting us right now?

I have talked with and met BK a couple times and have been very impressed with his grasp of the business. So I take it on faith in his decisions are very good for the company.

With a lot of things going on including the Investigation into the “Hot Play” transaction among this latest acquiring of this digital tv platform to help push the Hot Play agenda, there isn’t a lot of board action into all these things.

I haven’t posted in quite sometime since all the changes since early 2020. I do still communicate very little with BK...but my last shoutout to him was not replied to.

I would like to get some opinions about the Investigations. I would also like to see what people think about the new acquired business opportunities moving forward.

Agree that there is a new fast moving management and that gaming/advertising is the direction they are going. But, the travel business us on it's ass right now and the surge coming will aid EPS sooner and larger than gaming will. I'm to.

not sure that travel will be the share driver... I think its the video production/gaming/advertising, and new ventures. by the end of 1H21 we'll be able to see what these guys have in store. they are very bright, fast-moving, new management

I figure anywhere below $2.50/sh is a good deal here. Even $3/share.
This stock IMHO is going to go over $10/share by next summer. As we get people returning to travel, MKGI's revenues will start to soar. The inventory and relationships they have built along with the new NextTrip.biz (a great corporate travel product) will start to reap a growing revenue stream. The key to all of this IMHO is having sophisticated programming and technical/digital staff. The Monaker Booking Engine is now in pretty good shape due to all the technology upgrades, and as they start reaching out to customers with repeat business offers, marketing, advertising, couponing, creating rewards, etc. the engine of growth will get revved up.
It probably isn't going to accelerate anytime soon, but just think about a world where travel surges due to the pent up demand that exists right now. JMHO. good luck!

Yeah. You probably cobbed those 38's I was waiting on most of the day. Got about 1/2 filled of MKGI . I might get 1 more chance tomorrow but I doubt it. Now they can sit and build. GLTY

I bought 50,000 shares today as a starter. Lots of stuff going on with MKGI. They have strong backing from the Thailand company, their two gaming efforts will be consolidated, and they have a top notch head of technology onboard. The guy has numerous patents and extensive expertise. This evolving company is a tech company that provides travel opportunities (try the new NextTrip) and state of the art gaming products with advertising about to be merged into the games. Add into all that a future of "medical tourism" and the Alt Lodging business and it seems they should be able to grow their business next year as the vaccines get distributed and travel resumes. I am willing to wait for things to develop.

Should be fine. I'm going to load everything I can at these levels. Way too much going on for this to not bust loose. Just panic selling because they saw the word offer, instead of reading the report.

The Home To Go announcement is huge news. This pandemic won't last forever and when travel does begin it's comeback, travelers will be looking for ALR properties in which contact with other travelers can be controlled.

Great update news today

We probably have a few more weeks before the merger is completed. During this pre merger period of time, it would not surprise me to see several additional announcements.

Hotplay's and Axion's announcement concerning a deal with Atari was only the first. The gaming industry is very hot, especially in this pandemic era, in which more young people are spending more time at home with ample free time.

We haven't heard any travel announcements since the Agoda one in early August. Even during the pandemic, deals are assuredly being talked about. Even though travel will take a while to completely recover, MKGI will be preparing itself for the days of recovery.


I, for one, eagerly anticipate the new company on the verge of being created.

Unfortunately the sale involving this supposedly good move is being investigated as Monaker may have breached contract on fiduciary funds responsibility.

This may be another behind the scene setback for the investor.

There has always been some kind of bad decision making from poor judgement or just flat out denying contract policies. ??

After the merger this will be a brand new company. C P Group will be the majority shareholder and we will be in a entirely different universe than we are now.

There's a reason that the short interest has gone from 227,000 a month ago to 27,000 in the last reporting period.
