The RXMD portion of the business is severely undervalued. Unfortunately Fernandez himself needed to drive that share price into the ground simply to get favorable terms in the merger.

RXMD was profitable prior to buying additional pharmacies. Taking on debt for acquisitions is an aggressive move. RXMD was headed towards being profitable again until Fernandez got involved.

If Fernandez doesn't stop with the games, rewarding himself and the Board with boatloads of stock compensation, this thing will continue to go down.

He has failed shareholders over and over.

Until he proves he and the Board are going to honor their fiduciary duty to shareholders, as a whole NXPL is probably not undervalued.

But it all honesty, with nexplat never showing a profit and rxmd not having profits in years, is it really undervalued? If it did a 10x it would have to sit at a $350mm market cap, which is insanely high for a company that is doing $50mm in rev, with no profits and isn’t growing at a 50% clip. At current growth rate it would take 10+ years just to get to $350mm in rev. Only way to get this stock to take off is to announce a purchase of some other company using a large chunk of the cash, but that company would need to be as big, if not bigger than rxmd, or have massive growth prospects, for it to matter for us

IMO the conversion rate may have been enough of a boost for some to sell and get out with or without small profits. It seems more common for news to come out after some time post merger/ticker change (a few days) to ensure everyone’s shares convert.

Yes , very undervalued. Now that we are on NASDAQ Exchange we will get better exposure. It may take a quarter but the market will see the discrepancy and adjust. That’s why I’m predicting at least $17.50 by year end. Good luck.

Whats to like garrox? 2/3rds of volume was on the SELL side, hence the 11%.

Fernandez screwed long term RXMD shareholders. Breaking even is best case scenario for many shareholders.

The longer Fernandez goes without having a conference call and not addressing investor questions, the lower it will go post merger. I see another RS in the future, thats the CEOs modus operandi.
