More misleading BS. The case that XERI brought against Auctus was dismissed. It was brought to a NY court that had NO JURISDICTION over the case. Duffy has signed an Affidavit of Confession of Judgement in MA. XERI had NO case against Auctus that could stop the repayment of the debt.
