WVS Financial Corp. (WVS) is the holding company of West View Savings Bank (West View). West View is a Pennsylvania-chartered stock savings bank conducting business from six offices in the North Hills suburbs of Pittsburgh. The principal categories of loans in the Company's portfolio are single-family and multi-family residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, construction loans, consumer loans, land acquisition and development loans and commercial loans. Its deposit products include regular savings accounts, demand accounts, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, money market deposit accounts and certificates of deposit ranging in terms from 30 days to 10 years.
