I’ve read up a lot on the tech guys that are involved with SRE and their backgrounds are impressive! I’m cautiously optimistic that this is the real deal and that it’s gonna do well for all investors!

Audits done for 2018 to 2021 … now we see what happens next , hopefully announce the the completion of the merger and name change

Just so everyone knows Pcaob audits done ... that's about a 20k cost ... these guys are serious

June 11, 2024 / The Company signed an engagement letter on May 16, 2024 with Boladale Lawal & Co, a PCAOB audit firm. The four audits include 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 and should remedy any previous deficiencies flagged by the regulators. The Company plans to file a registration statement with the SEC after completing an acquisition along with the necessary audits.

The SS can always be adjusted to meet a minimum sp requirement. It's all the other financial requirements that might be a problem. Shareholders won't know enough about that until SRE submits a financial report. If this is true, there's hope.
