AXXA is already deemed a 'garbage ticker' in the eyes of the stinky-pink world. Other tickers in this tier professing no assets or revenue are moving with the expectation of gain, yet AXXA is stagnant, using the same ancient, re-heated promises from it's glory days above $0.01XX, hoping it will bring back the magic or that 3-yr old share price.
Just ask yourself, why? That is a valid question. Why isn't anybody interested in buying this company's stock if they have over $153 mil in assets ( and it was $230MM until shareholders complained and AXXA removed the $80,000,000 'goodwill.' from the filings) and only a fraction of that value in debt? Makes absolutely zero sense that the the price is here in the sub-basement unless people don't believe its filings or worse that it simply isn't true.

That is the only reason for the stock to be sitting here in isolation from the rest of the OTC/BB pink sheet market.

I previously said that i think the numbers are vacuous, fatuous, and bogus. Who knows how they are using those financials to their advantage? One thing is for sure, it isn't to the advantage of their shareholders. They have gotten nothing here but massive losses since 1991's runup and an implosion back to subs. They have essentially joined the garbage ticker world, so badly so that the other tickers in this tier are complaining of AXXA's stench: with AXXA's glossy website and portfolio of castles, retirement homes and luxurious resorts that no one can locate. Their cutting edge technology in every field. Just revolting. It won't make any difference what they report.. Financials or no financials. Won't make any difference. Nobody believes them. Hence the anemic volume and failure of pps to rise in tandem with expectations I promise you the company is a dud. AXXA is either oblivious to the share price or they know that they have a credibility problem and have no plans to do anything to change that.

Either scenario is putrid.

AXXA is a stinky pinky just like most of the other garbage on the OTC bulletin board, however, it doesn't perform as well as a lot of garbage who openly have zero assets and zero revenues but still command interest and volume. That's how much the company lacks credibility. The other irony about your comment is that axxa is the one who is claiming to have $153,000,000 in assets like it is a Big Board stock, But it's stuck at .0009's. Just laughable. And you know why? Because nobody believes them. No one with a high school education, that is. People would rather buy a company with zero assets and earnings who don't make outlandish claims instead of companies like this that try to get people to believe they are much bigger than what they actually are.

It will take more than another set of dumb promises from AXXA to pull this wreck of a ticker out of the ditch.

Would you accept an AXXA Shareholder Letter from the CEO saying AXXA is legit and has legit assets and revenues? Not sure we'll ever get one, but just asking what you would think about that for reassurance since you don't seem to believe the Q reports.

Post #141141 below shows how a new OTC/Pink sheet company raised $45M in working capital TODAY via a credit financing facility in Europe without increasing the A/S or issuing corrosive CD notes.
The press release was issued and printed (by GlobalNewswire today) for the public and their unaware shareholders. It showed that their company was delivering on something they did not even disclose a hint of earlier. That's $45,000,000 in non-dilutive financing, kids.

Non promise/overdeliver. That's what shareholders of that newly financed stinky pink concluded, bidding the stock price up 30%.

The only way an institution would guarantee such a sum of working capital is if the borrower can demonstrate assets and earnings. Apparently this was done.

AXXA cannot do this. Quite possibly because they don't exist.
