This volume has the "feel" of someone testing the waters to see what volume induces what price and/or spread .
If you are an interested investor with a decent cash position then throwing a handful of that cash at the stock to see how the price/market responds could be very valuable information.

Knowing that Synergy has , in the past, successfully brought other abandoned or derelict stocks before Judge Zurn at the Chancery Court for temporary custodianship and eventual merging with companies could be very, very appealing to certain types of investors .

What should one do?

I admit I still don't know if the good Judge's options are simply a thumbs/ up. thumbs/down option or if she can attach conditions to her court's ruling on this .

To be sure, Ben has reason to believe this effort to get things in order for trading are worth this time, effort and money. I happen to agree with him on this. Like others here, I own all I wish to own and I am just biding my time, optimistically.

Judge Zurn is hearing cases this week. One case with some entity called Core Synergy almost tripped me up but I do not think it is our Synergy .
