See that's where your rants and rambles always get off the rails. I haven't "lied", I am not a "phony", I am not a "fraud" (which you've claimed before), nor am I posting under any ulterior motives. I am just a person following a ticker I have invested in.

Your problems are A) you are UNHINGED and need help in dealing with this PTSD the stock has caused you, B) you apparently don't even know who the people are on whom you're trying to take out your MISPLACED anger, and C) you only narrowly see in what you THINK is binary right and wrong where someone either agrees with you or must kick puppies.

You act like the maybe hundreds of people on this board or any board resulted in this outcome. News flash, none of these boards are that important.

You should stop poisoning every post you make with toxic drivel. I understand I can put you on ignore, but it's something I've never done. If you can't step off your hate ledge, you'll definitely be the first because your constant attacking is ridiculous.

Regarding one of leronlimab's possible indications:

The American Cancer Society has published its Advances in Oncology – 2024 Research Highlights, underscoring major strides in cancer research and ongoing innovation. However, the optimism is tempered by a troubling finding: a significant global rise in early-onset colorectal cancer cases.

Additionally, the American Cancer Society has spotlighted an alarming rise in cancer incidence and mortality among younger age groups. Analysts at Exactitude Consultancy anticipate that the global Cancer Immunotherapy Market will expand at a robust 12.84% CAGR, reaching $258.22 billion by 2031*—a clear indicator of oncology's rapid growth and critical importance.*

If by "proverbial" you mean calling out fraud and posters here that support fraud
By calling out lies and posters here that support those lies
By not supporting 3X felons as CEO and fraud board of directors
By wanting LL in RCT run by legit CRO instead of company conducting kickback fraud to enrich 2 persian frauds
By pointing out each phony poster (such as you) that lied about 13D--that lied about SEC and DOJ investigations--that support lies against Dr Patterson or Pestell --phony posters that support cheating Samsung or Sharp or Quest or InCellDX

Then yes--that will be proverbial

If that enlightenment removes any and all/the likes of you--that support fraud and felons--that support posters that post lies --I will gladly be the proverbial villain in your story

Why would you care what naysayers would say?? Why show up?? Why defend nodder??

Is a naysayer that is 100% correct about nodder fraud really a naysayer?? Or facts have zero to do with your opinion EVER??

Is naysayer a post about ZERO partnerships lined up --while you laud posts about many partnerships lined up just waiting for hold to be lifted??
Any FACTS EVER??

Naysayers calls bullcrap on 100million $$ from amawrecks lawsuit--any FACTS EVER??

Naysayers talk about SEC and DOJ investigations into nodder--and YOU et al call bullcrap and yell about bash/naysay/shorts and LIE about investigations being about 13D and nothing to do with nodder. Facts EVER??

Maybe just very different yardstick as to naysayers and truth tellers

I appreciate your comment about the lack of upwards movement here but…I think that concern would be more valid after the next couple of news items come out after the first of the year and there’s still no PPS appreciation.

The trading IS the news.....in a market where AI stocks are going up 200% per day, any real news would make this penny stock leap in price....and yet it isn't. So, what does this tell you?
The only thing I've seen here are a few of the posters pushing a pump, then disappearing again along with the dump.
To show any REAL strength, this would need to be a 42 cent stock currently and it isn't. The last real volume on this was on 5/31/24. Go look at what the stock price did on that day.
I've never understood how an "investor" can watch their "investment" drop week after week and never get angry about it. Especially when every other stock is rocketing.

Anyone want to speculate on what the next CYDY announcement may be regarding and when it could be released?

I looked, the board has just two mods, I don’t believe they post much and outdated sticky. The intro page is also outdated, Cyrus stepping down, FDA comment on covid, lawsuits, NP etc…last years letter was at the bottom. You might have to request being a mod to sticky

True, and good point. I'm hopeful for a year of great data and publications in 2025, that would be a nice distraction from the previous focuses of the past 5 years.

It was always a long shot to work as solo treatment. Nothing really does.It is a terrible cancer. Think we will find leronlimab is going to be used in combo in a number of indications given what positive effects we know so far.

This letter has a lot of positive in it as far as starting the path to legitimizing LL. I had not heard or remembered hearing that GBM hadn't worked out in it's initial look. I think it's great that the Alzheimer's work is funded by an outside source. A great letter overall.

I thought you promised to leave the board?

Anyway, I am amazed CYDY supporters can't give the naysayers their due. They deserve to be congratulated and allowed their moment in the sun.

I never shorted CYDY but I can clearly see why they did.

OTOH NP and everyone important around him enabling his ways are gone. Leronlimab should have an approval if not for the NP/KK/Amarex debacle. Very unfortunate for shareholders.

As we move into 2025 things are looking a bit brighter althiugh there are still plenty of unknowns. Some of these unknowns will be cleared up quite soon and more fairly soon. I've seen posts from some of the more objective naysayers turn guaredly optimistic to supportive of the changes made in the last year and the track Dr JL has presented.

We will see what happens in the coming months. In the meantime I wish everyone has a blessed Christmas and safe New Year. Be kind to each other while you make your arguments for and against. I fear an increasing number of people are losing the ability to have opoosing views without reacting in unhealthy ways and at times outright dangerously.

I expect a company update in the next couple of weeks or so. It should give investors plenty to think through and discuss.

I sold CYDY in the $4’s and flipped it several times on silly pumps but no meat left on the bone!

$NWBO- look at the last time I posted there. Nearly a year! The CEO there is of the same ilk as Nader. Bought in at $.30 and sold. Admittedly, got back in higher then sold when I got to my basis!

Now, stay on topic. CYDY hit $.10, correct!

You’re welcome

Yes, you've made lots of predictions. You've sold out just before runs, you've allegedly later locked in profits just to make keep making predictions for NWBO. I'm aware of where you've left your profits. See you next next year, thanks for dropping by!

I don't really post predictions. I mean I'm sure one could be found over the 5 years I've been here, but that's not really my thing. Not sure if that qualifies as "justification" for you in the sense that you attempt to sling poo and then try to preempt a response. Consider me not impressed.

fung_derf fung_derf 5 days ago
Considering you are one of the first to call a poster out if something doesn't happen precisely as predicted, it is pretty funny to see you poo-poohing your prediction as nothing of consequence..
When the shoe is on the other foot it may feel a bit uncomfortable.
Your post could have been shorter had you just said, "yeah, I was wrong"....now, I'm expecting a justification from you.

yes, 3 years ago I said:

"Here is something interesting, since there is no fraud, it seems the internal communication would be related to hard work in gaining an approval for LL…"

"No, that fantastical fiction is wrong. If it were true, people wouldn’t have to make it up, it’d be fact by now."

These were responding to hateful people who acted like NP was already convicted, which he wasn't, that the whole board was complicit, which has NOT been proven in court, and had been suggesting that CYDY was a scam going bankrupt. Given NP was JUST convicted, I think it was important to point out 3 years ago that those chips had not fallen despite how they wove that into the rest of their negative narrative. Again, they can have in part turned out correct, that doesn't mean they were above board 3 years ago.

As I have already said, we now know NP committed fraud. Guilty because it's proven. I had been maintaining it fraud wasn't proven until it was.

Not sure you mean me? I don’t believe I was ever super gung-ho in defending NP. Nader has never been a friend of mine. I always have maintained he’s not the best for the job. Did I think he was passionate and wanted what was best for the company despite not being the most qualified? Yes, I did, but that view changed with the introduction of new information as it should for anybody. Before he was even indicted, I said I’ll wait and see and before the SEC announced their intent I said I would wait and see. Some people jumped to conclusions that turned out to be right, that’s great, and some people jumped to conclusions that turned out to be wrong, it happens; but me saying it wasn’t official yet does not make me whatever you’re trying to call me.

Wow--I did not know you were part of the 13D?? Or are you being tracked by the Germans?? Or having to meet with the senators that are having secret meetings??

Sorta hard to keep track of the moneymountainmonroemsmooey mound of moopoo. They still believe there is more amawrecks money coming. Nodder will get a pardon. Tanya and weed/wine did a great job. The FDA counts mouse and monkey studies as clinical trials and there are many partners just waiting for the hold(s) to be lifted.

Sadly the lawsuits that have been iterated in SEC filings may progress. Only insurance will shield to some level but all that will use funds that once AGAIN get diverted from actual trials and funding. Just sad how these fantasy video kids cant grasp real world

Each and EVERY nodder supporter--each and every that voted for "that"--year after year. Blood is on their hands. All the wasted years-- the 1s that did not get LL for right to try. The $$ wasted. Lives lost. Credibility. Reputation. Sad just sad

That was a load of horseshit pushed by the paid pumpers that the SEC and DOJ were actually investigating the short sellers and "bashers". Even though in every SEC quarterly and annual filing Cytodyn mentioned its under investigation by both agencies. Also, the company isn't free and clear just because Nader was convicted. The BOD at that time failed its duty to shareholders by allowing Nader to commit his fraud. Its just a matter of time before another round of class action lawsuits.

Sorta surprised you still show up/post. After you and buddy/mountain/ monroe/2012/chuckles (your hero) and the ms sooey told us for years about the SEC and DOJ investigations and how nodder did NOTHING wrong--all this legal investigation was about 13D and shorts.

Mike Sheikh was listed as a witness for the prosecution. I'm assuming he agreed to testify against NO in order to avoid charges for violating SEC rules during his years as a paid pumper for NP. The court documents will eventually be in PACER but a good portion will be redacted.

1 thing that many gloss over--any "uplist" at NASDAQ (did still does??) require what they call lookback. It is usually 36 months. There was NO WAY IN HELL nodder would allow that nor would it pass muster

Most don't want to realize that nodder/mickey shot the finger at SEC for years. What was req by SEC vs the cost and possible exposure was well worth the savings for nodder pocket . Then when the fines (punishment) were meted out--it was zero detriment. That is why felons continue. They become empowered instead of hesitant

To see the real finger to SEC --the SEC correspondence/filings during the Pestell "acquisition" is incredible what was attempted so nodder could get his "award"

Just the simple pattern of behavior toward the SEC is seen here : https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/admin/2019/34-84994.pdf

At what point does persistent ineffectiveness ripen into a violation of the ICFR maintenance requirement? In these cases the persistence was egregious—seven years for Digital Turbine and nine years for CytoDyn

Even schools are making a case study out of Cydy : https://www.cliffsnotes.com/study-notes/21530142

I remember that clown, the CFO of a publicly traded company, saying that going concern warnings by an accounting firm are nothing to worry about! I also remember him promising a NASDAQ uplisting in 2020 when he damn well knew it would be impossible since the company didn't meet the requirements. All to pump his own bags before dumping them.

The third piece of the kickback fraud scheme. Nodder paying CYDY funds to corrupt CRO. Corrupt books and VOILA' nodder gets $$, CRO gets $$, acct gets $$.

Same as any building contractor that gets a "deal". Kickback to owner. No oversight. Shoddy crap work. No accountability. Funds are long gone.
See it often in gov't/local/state where contract gets "awarded" --then no oversight--then sorry materials/sorry work/no accountability.

Same as here--oh look at that crappy leaky roof. Look at that foundation with watered concrete. Look at the wiring that has to be redone. Look at the uninsulated walls. Oh the money is gone. Oh there is no accountability. Oh the taxpayers get screwed again and have to pass ANOTHER bond/raise taxes to start over.

Oh that contractor--how did he get "awarded"?? Why was there ZERO oversight. Why was that allowed for so many years. How was that money not reflected properly. Why would ANYONE continue to use that contractor--even AFTER issues were public yet "award" more work for NASH/MASH .

Sad for Leronlimab. Most don't care. They only wanted nodder success. Dr J and real shareholders are left with all the problems.

All I hear is pigeon squabble and a poster or two who fails to read. What is causing this bucking trend? The December sell off has ceased? Come on birdies. Give it your last best shot for 2024. So call in the troopers over in the aviary (over the cubicle wall ) and let's get to crackin this bucking trend.
I sure need some more cheapies, not getting my fills. Come ON pigeons. Quit your biitchin and get to selling. Even if you have to pay more in interest and see your shorts coming down to ankle height.
