Up to 875K shares, a bit uncomfortable that its taken this long to make a move, and that I have this many shares, but a lot have been bought around these prices, and this strategy has worked well so I am sticking with it, in fact it could be months you really never know, but I doubt that. Anything in the .017x range I am buying but not any higher at this point. Im sure the large lender(s) who put into this are as annoyed as can be that this is where we are.

The venture with the AI company is interesting, glad they are at least trying to think forward. I would also like to see them expand outside the FL-TX-CA states that they say most of their business is anchored.

Yeah pretty much. There’s no sense of urgency by the company or shareholders and the board has been asleep right along with that. Still a believer but it sucks to see this stagnant and see it continue to trade lower and then just see it sell off on any kind of spike. I get that’s how it works and you gotta take profits but this isn’t a 4 cent stock imo let alone sub .02 so I’m waiting for bigger gains. Annoyed with penny stock trader but also happy to see money being made by them on an executed strategy. Feel if they let it breathe this walks to .08+ and we can all sell slowly and make good money. Just my thoughts, which don’t mean much. GLTA

Nope, not that I know of. As far as your dilution inquiry. This has been at 500m AS for quite a while. There has been some dilution but it has been very minimal and especially by otc standards. I’m sure there’s another email floating around that can actually reach someone at the company to get some questions answered, I just haven’t looked into it further.

I don't think it will change here until management actually does something to improve value. Only when investors start making money do they ever constructively blow up a board and give some input on there investment, until then crickets. SMH!!!

Can anyone shed some light on if DTGI is diluting? Seems every time we get hammered down to the .017 range OTCN is on top of the bid most times, who most know is generally notorious for diluting for the companies.

Don't ever seem to hear from this company.

Being I haven't been around that long has anyone kept track of the OS?

I’d like to know Art’s health status and if he’s going to return to his ceo position anytime soon. I’d like to know if their acquisition strategy is still in play as there haven’t been any developments over the past few quarters. I’d like to know if they have any plans to increase shareholder value after taking this beating into the 1-2 cent range since the botched uplist. Lastly, I’d like to know what their plans are to increase their user base to increase the recurring revenue currently existing. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to respond earlier and thanks for taking the time to send an email. Let us know if and when you get a response. Appreciate you.

Great question. This has been dead since Art took his “temporary” medical leave. Seems pretty clear he was the mover and shaker of this company. Something needs to get done to get revenues up for growth. This was alive when they were executing their acquisition strategy but now stagnant / idle with them being satisfied with current recurring revs. It’s just not enough for the company or shareholders. I’m still optimistic for the long haul, especially with the sp down here, but I don’t want to see this continue to be dragged down by mm games.

When will they announce a new acquisition to create shareholder value?

Continuing to accumulate at .02, I expect a rally at some point back towards .03 and beyond, without any warning as always. 10-Q filed nothing interesting more of the same.

There was never supposed to be an April 10-q. Next one is due about 10 days.

What happened to the April 10-Q?

Another dud for a day, thats fine, its a dud until its not a dud. Buying at .026 and lower, selling at .038 and higher.

once again it pulls back, unbelievable, so back into buying mode as low as .025x on Friday. If it keeps going down buy more, if it rallies back towards .04 sell, very similar formula. But the frequency it has done this is amazing

just amazing I have never been able to trade a stock so much for profit in a decent range like this in such relatively short period. Picked up 100K (and was bidding more) before it took off near end of day. Thing is, in the old days for DTGI when it was trading say 8 - 11 cents, it was very difficult to trade it effectively and make any money. Something is obviously different right now and it may or may not continue theres no way to know but started taking profits and will do so in the .04s as it pokes its way thru and I would continue selling but in small lots every .002 increment or so. But by 6 cents if it gets there, I would be mostly clear of shares its not worth the risk at that point,

absolutely wonderful as the price has fallen back in the mid .02x range yet again so I am rinsing and repeating, prepared to buy at lower prices or sell in the upper .03xs. This has been a great and has taken the discipline to buy and sell based on percentage moves with the goal of owning shares at super low or no cost.

volume has fallen off again, so I am a buyer in the low .03s and below if we get it, which we definitely could. Then rinse and repeat.

huge volume near end of day but someone/people want this to stay under .045. hmm, like I said earlier, this could blow eventually or just get tired and pull back to .03 and below, I dont think there is any way to know that. I personally would be out at 6 cents, partially due to risk of the company but also the fact it would have quadrupled from the low

continuing to take profits. We are at 3 million shares traded which is very high volume. If this cannot run from here with all the resistance so far, then I would expect it to pull back. anyway cant hurt to take profits.

nice little rally today, taking profits all the way to .0394, I am about half my max position right here.

Listen up, this could go right back to low .02s trust me on that and if it does I'll be right in there buying, but I dont trust the company including their "fluff" PR yesterday which told us nothing we didnt already know. Just keep rinsing and repeating is my recommendation, a lot of money to be made here.

Guess we missed a press release yesterday. Kind of a weak PR and why there was no market reaction but at least they’re communicating. Hopefully they have something more substantial in the near future…

just fantastic, I had refueled to maybe close to my max and it just takes off again today out of nowhere. This stock at these prices is just a fantastic opportunity if you can time it right. I've done pretty good in trading it in this range actually. At this point same deal, it keeps going up I keep selling, it pulls back under .025 I buy in heavier quantity as it goes down. Rinse and Repeat.

Pullback into the mid .02s. I've started to buy some back but not overdoing it. Expecting next move to .04 range.

amazing we go from a rally of 1.8 mill shares to 126K, just amazing. It may consolidate here, pull back (I am ready starting at .0027 range), or slowly crawl or jump up, I am prepared for all scenarios.

What is are next catalyst here? Nice action yesterday.

there you have it, wow. so what the heck drove this so low is beyond me. They just came out with the NT-10K yesterday with prelim numbers, nothing earth shattering there, though losses are still high. Maybe it wasnt as bad as some thought it would be who the hell knows. Buy the fear.

well there you have it I believe we got our low this morning as I picked up a bunch at .016 range. Now I am moving to selling mode having already started since I was so overweight under .02. I'd love to see this driven up into the .03s and beyond.

Your guess is as good as mine, my friend. Bought a few more this week but am tapped for now so just waiting on communication, which we should get this week in the 10q. The way things have been going it’ll probably be an NT but either way we’ll know something within a couple weeks. Hopefully good news and a good market reaction. Time will tell. Life in the otc can be rough at times. Those MM’s def suck.

2 of the worst MM on top of the ask with OTCN being a notorious diluter. And PUMA don't even get me started on them. Followed by INTL, then GTSM!!! GEESH!!!!

I’ve been in and out of this for a couple years as well. Actually sold at the high of .29 when it hit (by some miracle lol) but I only had a very small position. I bought back in at .12 and have given gains back but I continue to average down and accumulate when possible. Once again, I’m optimistic that patience pays off here and I can wait it out. i havent seen something of this quality sell off persistently like this for a while. Again picked up a token 25K at .0177 today, honestly I want to put in more I usually buy heavy at the bottom, and with an avg of .0254 since the peek at .08+ where I had cleared the remainder of my position, you could say in one way I have, but not to the degree as usual as I have some concern, mostly that it simply has pulled back way way beyond where I think it should making me think what is it I dont know lurking. In any case, simply being as oversold as it is, it should rally to at least .025

But as I think further about it, I say buy heavily at .018.

Thank You Double-K, I have been watching this for over 2 years. A family member has been in it for that long or longer. As you said it sank because they didn't accomplish the merger. I'm hopeful they will get something going soon, it has been to long of a silent treatment from management. Hopefully the CEO is ok.

Nice pick up! I’m confident it’ll pay off for you. Otc as a whole still isn’t the best with the exception of a few tickers. I gotta believe this market bounces back at some point and we benefit. Def looking forward to the 10k. Hopefully there’s a good market response. This ran to .10 not long ago. Would like to see us bust through the resistance and actually make some money.
