Well it is correct , it is STRANGE nothing ever came out in ANY PR ABOUT ANYTHING , beyond just a Social Media Tweet from Mark G. , but their is a very good reason, it is NOT Mark G's technology, so he can not put out a PR about it that it is his , only "TALK" about the process. In reality this goes back over 10 Months ago where a PR CAME OUT FROM , another source Nano Gas Environmental , that EMM ( Easy Module side) , was going to use THEIR TECHNOLOGY ( Nano Gas Enviornmental Trademarked TM) , so Mark G really DOES NOT own the Technology . One wonders if the "Strange and Curious Case of Mark Gaalswyk" will just turn out to be a person that does ALOT of Talking and COULD NOT WALK THE WALK. It happens . More than likely why the Sons and Ex Wife running the Real Company , have not allowed EES to tap into the customer base, they are the ones that "KNOW" what could happen. ( I saw it happen in person over a year ago, nothing has changed, but always wondered why )
Lets see , Annual Disclosure is about due to be filed (hope they have a new attorney since the other one apparently took off, was removed , was not paid , cashed in ) , one would believe something has to come out of that.

$DUTV As stated on the filing put out back on May 16, 2024, WATCH OUT , the A/S will now be going to SEVEN BILLION. Some said oh that is OK they will just be more Restricted, but there was a HUGE AMOUNT of Unrestricted Common Shares increased also. Restricted will be UnRestricted some day just depends how long the clock is on them.

$DUTV It has been three weeks since posting , but checked in to see if Mark G was able to get any Certified, Verfied, Quantifed Updates, Contracts, Deals, Sales (of anything) with all his postings going on . Well as always I provide links to what is posted.

1) EES Twitter X just came out with the most tell-tale status of really why this is so confusing as Mark G and Team are at the FARM FEST 2024 Conference being held in MN , next to his Home base and other company base (where they have over 3,000 customers) and what in the world do they post. A Crowd listening to Mark (six people in the picture) about Feed the Famished in AFRICA . With all those FARMERS in Mark G's back yard and still nothing about Sales, Contracts , Revenue anywhere in the USA, what is going on ? . see this link

2) Mark G with the MANY posts via Twitter/X , about the Golf Course Arrowhead Country Club in AZ , has never shown any system in place or photo of any operation at a customer, or adding Terreplenish, any Nano Void info or equipment in place (or the other systems), or shaking hands with anyone on that Golf Course to his claims of cleaning the Pond(s) . Mark G also stated that "THEY" considered it a MIRACLE (does a Miracle get a PR at least) . In fact the ONLY PR from Arrowhead Country Club was back in March of this year, saying the problem was corrected (NO PR MENTION OF EES OR FROM EES) with "CHEMICALS". There is nothing about EES , Terreplenish , Nano Void , Nothing verified, in photos, contracts , NOTHING. Hard to believe .

3) OILWELLS Not one PR , no pictures, no system in place , at least name it like the Arrowhead Golf Course (who has no info out about any EES , Nano Void or other systems there) . No Nano Void equipment anywhere apparently at an OILWELL. Then this X/Twitter Post that Golf Courses everywhere are believing in the system and perhaps "New Oil Wells will not be needed to be drilled in the future " due to systems that are not even shown anywhere. This is why Mark G is just not believable and every bit of Integrity he had with many, is LONG GONE.

4) There has been NO PR since May of this year and that was on the Merger of FEN, which the original PR stating that was going to happen and filing was from TWO YEARS PRIOR. There has been , only Tweets, it is really STRANGE and the Social Media Posters for EES support has dropped to about less than five regular ones with very few followers . Even the posts by Feed Earth Now , EES (by Bill Bliler Marketing Mgr) , Mark G are getting less than 5 or so "Likes" in Social Media (Twitter/X, Linkedin etc) , unbelievable really and that is really why , MARK G is NOT BELIEVABLE currently.

The Annual Report time frame closed for DUTV on 5/31/24, so by end of August something HAS TO BE Filed. Last year was delayed , lets see what Mark G does , one never knows other than if it was that "EASY" for all these EASY ENERGY SYSTEM Posts on systems , products , over the past two plus years it would have been done by now.
If filed it will show up in OTC MARKETS at this link . Lets see since Joe P and others took shares to relieve debt if they can get Mark G to get something done.

$DUTV even the Hard Core Supporters need to start asking Mark G to come through with FACTS to get the volume back up and put it in a documented PR , not Tweets that can not or do not have the proof of contracts, equipment working at site , and show revenue coming in before the rest of the Market even comes back to DUTV. Zero Volume yesterday Monday 7/22 all day and only six trades today for less than 100,000 shares two hours in on the trading day Tuesday .
The timelines and Facts do not line up with what the Glendale AZ Golf Course said was fixed a Month plus before Mark G said the system was going out there.

This came out three PLUS Months prior (MARCH 2024 PR from City) to Mark G tweet in July saying they were heading that way. The Golf Course was already cleaning it up with "SOME" company PRIOR to that "Tweet" in an official PR from the City in March of 2024.

So the question is why did Mark G not accompany that PR if indeed it was due to EES cleaning it up , but the article says chemically cleaned.
Saying they were on the way out there in a week.

If the rest knew that he had a AZ home ( so that prepositioned Terreplenish more than likely came from his garage) , that he has connections with locally, one would wonder why it took so long. His current wife is directly connected to the Professional Golf world by her family in a big way . Cathy S at Terreplenish has a direct connection to the Golf World with a person that sold their company for millions , plus is now connected to the Golf Supply Distribution World, plus no postings from them since Merger on any deals, revenue, customers . Bill B is really by trade a Marketer , Promoter and has all the background and skills to take it to another level one wonders why after all this time he just continues to post other articles from other people or companies and nothing about EES or their efforts.

One has to really think why in the world is Mark G still Tweeting, with only a few supporters responding (less than 10) to his comments. All these Tweets about the Nano Void and now he "prepositioned" Terreplenish to be poured in a POND, and there is NO PR, NO POSTING in Linkedin at least so professionals can see it , no EES LinkedIN postings , No Terreplenish Postings at all about this NEW USE . IT IS JUST STRANGE
