Endonovo Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) is not in a position to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) in a timely manner because the Company cannot complete the Form 10-Q without unreasonable effort or expense. As a result, the Company is still in the process of compiling the required information to complete the Quarterly Report. The Company does not expect to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
