Yes, the OTC is a scam.
Penny stocks are a scam. Micro cap stocks are a scam. Small caps, mid- large caps, blue chips all a scam.

Choose which scam you want, which scam leader you want and scam away with them... Elon Musk is the biggest scammer in the world, but he is praised in most circles. Guess he is just REALLY good at scamming eh? The public market funds just about everything he does too, imagine.
If you are a trader or have ever traded anything, invested in anything and sold it for more, youre a scammer. Capitalism is a scam.
If you consume ANYTHING, you are being scammed. That candy bar you pay 3.00$ for, only costs the company .30 to make. Scammed. Sucker.
GRLT isnt some special scam, its just like the others. Except it hasnt diluted in 5 years and the OS remains the same in a hot sector with a new CEO and Zhangs shares restricted for a year, you think he wants the stock in the trips? I dont. Lots of catalysts this year I presume.

27 million in "goodwill"... Thats a made-up number and worth nothing, yet they called this a 30-million-dollar merger for months... Thats a scam. The UPS Token is nowhere near successful. And claiming they own 100% of the "bank" when they own 50% is downright fraud and failed to mention that it's an ity bity bank doing like a few thousand a month is misleading. The mutable PR's saying the same stuff, lack of real disclosure... Tweeting all kinds of shit, misleading at every turn.

The pattern here is that of a penny stock scam...

Being over-confident in ones success, doesnt mean they are a scammer. Primior is not a fake company.
Zhang is getting capital for his company, from the public. This isnt some new venture idea. This is only one arm of the vessel in Primor.

Small time public crowd funding angel investor is what America is built on. Invest with OPM. Zhang has a business idea and brought it to market to see if it has legs.

The entire stock market/fed/banking/pharma/oil/energy/minerals/commodities/bonds/insurance is a scam.
Should be complaining about OTC for even existing as a market. NYSE/DAQ are no different.

Isnt everyone in 'business' a scammer? Is investing in a yoyo for 5$ and selling it on ebay for 500$ a scam if someone is willing to pay for it? If the answer is yes, what price would it NOT be considered a scam? $300? $100? $10? 6$? At what price does one start scamming themselves?

Isnt trying to sell something to someone for more than you paid for it, in itself... a scam? Is Nike using child labor for 2$ a shoe and selling it for 120$ a scam?
A MF sold 1 million pet rocks to consumers... was that a scam? Whole worlds a scam pardged.

Yup. And it should be reflected in the OTCM with the TA but has yet to be. Should be part of the 'transparency' and communication with shareholders, and its one of the easiest things to do is update your TA about any changes.

The stock market is used to raise capital, so naturally an AS raise shouldnt be a surprise to anyone. Its when it keeps happening over and over that its a problem. So for now, its expected.

Zhang still has support, he just has yet to really garner any trust, hence why the share price is where its at. Fluff news brings fluff engagement. Gotta drop a bomb to get people excited enough to move the needle now.

Lets see if this year Zhang can prove his worth to the shareholders. Its still in trips, so who knows where this can go once it does go, or if it does ever go.

Truthfully the AS DID go to 5bil with the Q3 fins posted. 

But OS didn't change yes. 

The 1bil increase in AS was prudent imo, even if it will lead to dilution. 

Because he made need to raise capital for future projects. 

He bought GRLT with a maxed out share structure and most people holding bags. 

Needed some ability to raise capital. 

Scams never sleep, so professional posters dont either.
