Succulent, golden salaries for Thomas and crew provided by struggling suffering shareholders.
To the extent that Maker fails to pay the monthly interest only payments or the $350,000.00 principal amount on the Maturity Date as and when due, the unpaid amounts shall bear interest at the default rate of sixty percent (60%) per annum. This loan can be paid off at any time without penalty. The first payment is due thirty (30) days after receipt of the net loan proceeds.

2. Maturity Date. The Note shall mature and all unpaid principal together with any accrued but unpaid interest shall become due and payable in full on December 16, 2024 (the “Maturity Date”).
In the event that Maker fails to make any payment of principal and/or interest within three (3) calendar days of the due date for the same, then in addition to such payment due, Maker shall be obligated to pay a late payment charge to Payee in the amount of $100.00 per day (the "Late Charge").

Over $150,000 traded so far today without any catalyst. Someone knows something. Perhaps someone dumping. GRPS hasn't traded over 25M shares in a day in over two years! Get in, get out or move on. Best is yet to come. imo

Those tender succulent golden salaries must come straight from investors pockets since the company elected to do nothing to bring in any revenue(other than the delay of last year's sales revs to show up on this years filings.

Indeed. Hopefully we get to a working class first economic agenda and therefore young businesses with viable plans and projections will have a better chance of success. We have tried the controlling class first approach and it does not seem to be working. TAA could be a great and viable business that supplies delicious food for of many different flavors for many to enjoy. Time will tell. Either way worth the gamble. All the best

Its typical for these young business startups to have funding issues especially given the credit restraints that are in place right now...we basically have to give it 5 years to get moving forward

I called TAA today, spoke to one of the Granda's for over 11 minutes. He told me many details about shrimp broodstock and not much about a strong shrimp harvest this year. When I then asked if they were staying in business he spoke of their current plans they are seeking funding for. These ranged from the current raising shrimp and their genetics, to growing farm raised fish of different species, to algae for its niche market and spoke with conviction about their water quality and how they recirculate and keep the water on site and how their current set up would be a great for utilizing to expand into several different niche markets that their career experience and knowledge would go well with. He said these niche markets have a much higher profit level than shrimp on average and with the fish they can grow many more tons per acre to enhance income. He admitted that this would take significant funding to establish and that is what Adam is currently working on. I wished him well and said an update soon would be great for all to hear. This is a broad overview of our conversation but I figured I would share the info.

I emailed Adam over a week ago and asked for transparency on their end, anything but crickets. I've gotten crickets. He had emailed me back any other time same day, if not within the hour. Disheartening but not ready to throw in the towel. I'm an eternal optimist who again, won't lose the house over this and ditching all these years later isn't worth cash out. I'm still hoping TAA is worth putting faith in. Still holding and buying low - irresistible.

I was going to say I can't believe it, but then again I have been with you all for the last 7 years on this one and a couple related others. Its very tempting to add more in the trips. Haven't added since Feb' 23. This stock always has felt different. Its a tight stock with a lot of interest and the share structure has not changed much. If they can keep it that way, shares will be in more demand when things do turn around. Until then we wait. No way am I selling. If it goes to zero, I will probably not trade stocks any more, especially pennies lol
