What $5 million buyback??? Now it went to $1 billion buyback. In case you haven't noticed our shares are still .000001
Holman took the $12 million out of HCMC just before the transfer. There is only $2.5 million cash left. How is he going to do a $5 million buyback??? I read the entire judgement and it appears that the case is being reassigned to a different court and PM was not awarded attorneys fees. Back to a different court and HCMC did win their appeal but not the case yet.
I like the courts decision to move this to a different court.
The Appeals court felt that the previous court that ruled against HCMC might be biased and that bias may weigh heavily in their decision if it went back to the same court. This at least is one positive.
This is going to take time as I said before. If any deal is going on outside of the court, Holman is keeping all details to himself. Right now this is just going back to court. We will have to wait again for what will probably be a year or more unless PM decides to do a deal.

This is where we are.
PM has until the 26th to give an answer to HCMC about a settlement. If not they will go to trial.
If this goes to trial, we are in for another long wait, with the possibility of a loss.
If PM talks settlement, Holman better do a buyback for us to make any real money.
If this goes to trial and HCMC wins, then I believe the jury will be generous to HCMC. PM is not
likeable to the general public with all the lung cancer deaths. Only PM investors are happy about their
cheating and infringements. We shall see.

I read the entire judgement and it appears that the case is being reassigned to a different court and PM was not awarded attorneys fees. Back to a different court and HCMC did win their appeal but not the case yet. This is going to take time as I said before. If any deal is going on outside of the court, Holman is keeping all details to himself. Right now this is just going back to court. We will have to wait again for what will probably be a year or more unless PM decides to do a deal.
