This guy is a straight up pro,I'd doubt he'd be involved in a scrub company for a $ stipend...he's all about the Big Monies...Ray made an intelligent decision picking him as his voice for WW......AGAIN this is a Buyout play because of the potential growth of all their divisions in the Future...I believe a deal happens allot sooner than any1 would imagine...

If a deal transpires with an MGM where NK works out of,or a Draft Kings peeps here will smile & cry at the same time....I say cry its 0.0005 geez forget paying the fancy car or God forbid the mortgage, can allow you to buy couple milly shares and then. buy 2-3 nice homes with a bunch left over...when a deal transpires,Nick's a real cool guy i betcha he got paid in shares...wonder why...

That's my view as well. Multi application of the AI platform, and acquisitions that add value to it. Hopefully they'll be able to scale revenues quicker than most expect.

My understanding is that it is simply a holdings company trying to use the a.i. tech from one subsidiary for the other subsidiaries. They found use cases for gambling, clinical trials, general a.i. function and more if you dig into the past PRs. Looks like the vision is to grow current businesses and acquire more that fit synergistically. Imo

I can see that as an inevitable but it's really early here. Selling out now would be on the real cheaps. Needs time to get legs and validity IMO.

There's enough reasons to believe it will all come together. A multi prong approach to revenue streams is the most effective way to buffer economic swings. The AI sector has a lot of applications. Ray just might be that visionary executive extraordinaire. Time will tell.

IEC Announces Winners Waygers Ad Launch and AI for Clinical TrialsPress Release | 10/03/2024

LAS VEGAS, NV, October 3, 2024 (OTCMARKETS) -- International Endeavors Corp. ("IEC") (OTC PINK: IDVV), a technology holdings company announced the following statement.

The company has entered into an agreement with MMT Funding, a private equity group, to fund our AI projects (incl WinnersWaygers) and development of AI related to the medical research sector. In particular the development of automation and artificial intelligence software to be used in clinical trials.

Terms of the agreement include a credit line of 2.5 Million dollars, no issuances of common stock, and no convertible debt will be created as part of this agreement. Instead the funding group will receive a revenue share from each project, and an option to buy into the company via preferred shares if desired. Further information will be provided as the agreement progresses.

Winners Waygers Update

The company recently launched an advertising campaign for Winners Waygers, with spots targeting sports minded viewers using digital advertising on HULU, YouTube, and Cox Media. Initial traffic was successful, and subscribers for Winners Waygers beta have crossed 5000. We are on track to obtain a subscriber base of 10,000 or more by early November, and believe this will enable the website to produce revenues from advertising, and subscriptions to upgraded membership levels.

Winners Waygers will also continue to provide a professional service to persons or groups of professional handicappers that utilize the service as a tool to make more informed decisions on their own. Combining data from free and paid sources, Winners Waygers Pro provides information faster and at a lower cost than paying for all of the source websites individually.
