With Strickland holding a bag of around 1.4 Billion shares, and a decent market cap ending up at around 275 million with a .02 cet pps, his keeping this current would place his earning at 28 million. Seems like a good enough reason to find someone to take over the ticker.

Some have no clue how the Otc really works!! Worrying about the share structure can keep you away from big gains!! If it was that simple everyone would be rich!! My most successful trade was mmex!! It had a similar share structure and it ran further than my other tickers that had far less shares!!

In accordance with SFAS 165 (ASC 855-10) management has performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the date that the financial statements were issued and has determined that it does not have any material subsequent events to disclose in these unaudited financial statements.

So, up to the point of filing on 02/14/2024 there was nothing going on.
New 10-Q due within 5 days. Lets see if the 02/27/2024 LOI with that hokey BotMakers went anywhere. We already know it was highly questionable from day one and nobody seems to be interested since then.
