You are correct that Sept 27, which was last Friday, was 45 calendar days. What if those days were business days instead of calendar days. Sometimes a company will mean business days instead of calendar days without clarifying if calendar or business. If it is business days, the 45 days will end on October 14th. IMO.

This is KGKG board and we're trading KGKG, why do I care what beamax is doing, not my concern how they update or don't update their website!.

If you want to be negative regardless, that's not my concern, you can be jiust that. In fact people's negativity is giving me cheaper shares.

Don't hold your breath. They have been known to have a consistent track record of not delivering, anything, except their fat salaries generated from non-stop dilution and obvious shell games that do not seem to benefit shareholders one iota.

Justafax, the PR outlining the reverse merger candidate was dated on 12 Aug 2024. The PR said it would be 30 to 45 days for completion of the merger. I estimate 30 to 45 days is on or about 1 Oct 2024 which is Tuesday of next week. We should hear something from the company any day now. Just my opinion.

The Hemp line is gone. So might infer that the 'sale' was just the Hemp line.

Judging from website Bemax is a bizarre shell with one foreign CEO (issue directed at if even a real US co), and no evidence it aquired the Kona Gold after 2 mo.

The last Q showed revs/earnings that while not stated are likely all or most from Covert.

We still don't know what products they (Bemax) bought. Which products went with Kona Gold to BEMAX? If Bemax is successful with Kona Gold, then we know the old management wasn't doing their job

There has been significant dilution this year.

And years past the co proposed a crypto sideline. But not aligned in any way to core biz so discontinued.

Best to stick with their knitting.

Clark is not leading the co anymore.

Revs are reportedly related to Covert, not the bevs.

IN April they report almost $600k record revenues. And nothing produced. on the KGKG website Clark claimed another record $1.3 million in revenues and $133k in profits last month I think it was selling LuLu Lemon which he no longer makes or sells . All a bunch of nonsense. Nothing but shenanigans. No truth whatsoever and the crazy thing the stock is still trading. Some still believe Clark is ethical. How is this guy allowed to keep posting false PRs ?

It's diluted by 3.5 billion shares!

What if they bring a BTC or blockchain company into this shell. This will spike hard that you will have to chase. This is trading less than this its par value without the merger right now. There is no dilution. Good luck.
