This stock is a scam.

The financials that are falsely being pumped as new financials (7/2/24 and 7/3/24) are from 2022. They are old financials. No new financials have been filed by MEDH since 2022. All financials from 2023 amd 2024 were never filed which makes MEDH delinquent with the SEC and in violation of FINRA Rule 6490 - period.

Lets be honest here. While those financials are for previous periods and there are still more that need to be submitted, they are new and not re-filed as you claim (I'm not sure if you are mistaken, lying, or stupid). What kind of person claims as fact to know what someone else is thinking or their motivations for their actions? A liar.

Big woop! They re-filed an unaudited yearly and quarterly report from 2022 that was revised. That is not a new financial report. In fact MEDH is delinquent with the SEC because of missing financials from all of 2023 and half of 2024.

MEDH also tried to have an stock offering that was declined by the SEC.
